President Liu Ying presented the Guangdong Performance Industry Association's work report for the first half of 2022-2023 and the work plan for the second half of 2023 to all attending delegates. In the first half of 2022-2023, under the guidance and support of the Provincial Department of Culture and Tourism, the Provincial Department of Civil Affairs, and relevant departments, I actively served members and played a bridging role, achieving certain results in all aspects of my work. Next, the association will further enhance its ability to better serve its members, continuously expand and improve its various functions, effectively fulfill its service responsibilities, take "serving the industry, enterprises, and government" as the starting point and foothold of all work, and help promote the work of the association to a higher level.

Li Zaiyan, a second level inspector of the Guangdong Provincial Department of Culture and Tourism, gave a speech, affirming and recognizing the work achievements of the association over the years. He said that 2023 is the beginning year for fully implementing the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, and the performance industry will have great potential! He put forward three hopes: firstly, he hopes that the performance industry in the whole province will firmly adhere to the two bottom lines of ideological safety and production safety. Secondly, we hope that everyone can work together to promote the high-quality development of the performance industry. Thirdly, we hope that the provincial performance industry association and member units can better achieve an organic unity of social and economic benefits. To do a good job in commercial performances with high quality is a great responsibility and a glorious mission for the workers in our performance industry.

The meeting unanimously approved Guangzhou Ouma Lighting Equipment Co., Ltd. as the fifth supervisory unit of the association, and Comrade Zhao Xianghua as the supervisory chairman. President Liu Ying presented a plaque and certificate to the newly appointed supervisory chairman Zhao Xianghua. Subsequently, Zhao Xianghua spoke at the meeting, saying, "As the supervisor, I feel a heavy and long way to go.
