Personal Profile 

Anthony is a Registered Professional Engineer (RPE) educated to Doctor Degree in the United Kingdom and Australia.  He is also trained by Multinational Companies and held number of Senior Management and Executive position in the last 37 years of Environmental, Manufacturing and Constructions Industries Engineering Experience in the UK, USA, PRC, and Hong Kong SAR.  

Since 2006, Anthony have involved with number of Major Event and Performance Industry for Structure and Mechanical Design, Evaluation, and on-site commissioning.

Owner of twelve (15) CN Patents which Two are “Invention” and 13 “Code of Practice” since 2017, further four more Invention Patents are under review since 2018.   Dr To’s company in mainland China has rewarded “Advice Technology Status – 高新企术企业” since 2017.
